New base salaries range from $26,250 for the smallest counties (population 0-49,999) to $41,475 for the largest counties (population 1,000,000+), up from $21,250-$36,475

Salary structure remains tiered by county population, with additional compensation calculated by multiplying excess population above group minimum by a group rate

Amends Florida Statutes sections 145.051 and 145.09 to implement the salary increases
