Creates new offense of "aggravated stalking" when stalking involves nonconsensual entry onto victim's property or interference with victim's property, including tampering with security or surveillance devices, classified as third-degree felony

Creates new offense of "sexually aggravated stalking" when stalking involves lewd or lascivious acts in victim's presence or on victim's property, or transmission of unsolicited sexually explicit materials with intent to harass, degrade, or intimidate, classified as third-degree felony

Adds both new offenses to Level 6 of the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart

Adds sexually aggravated stalking to the list of "qualifying offenses" that trigger enhanced penalties and custody requirements for violent felony offenders of special concern under probation/community control violation provisions
