Creates Section 790.253, Florida Statutes, establishing "firearm hold agreements" where federal firearms licensees can provide locked storage or take physical possession of a firearm owner's lawfully possessed firearm for an agreed-upon period

Grants federal firearms licensees immunity from civil liability for acts or omissions arising from firearm hold agreements, including personal injury or death of any individual and the return of firearms at agreement termination

Immunity does not apply if the licensee's actions were the result of otherwise unlawful conduct

Excludes firearm transfers under risk protection orders (s. 790.401) or when existing protection orders govern the respondent under domestic violence, repeat violence, or stalking statutes
