Directs the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a "Florida Film Legacy" specialty license plate with design approved in consultation with Feature Florida Partnerships, Inc.

Annual use fees from plate sales will be distributed to Feature Florida Partnerships, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.

Feature Florida Partnerships, Inc. must submit an annual financial report to the department by September 1, 2027, and each year thereafter, detailing how the fees were used during the preceding fiscal year.

Effective date: October 1, 2026.
