Creates Section 1013.041, Florida Statutes, requiring school districts to annually submit complete inventories of unimproved real property (land without buildings or permanent structures) to the Department of Education as of June 30 each year

Required data for each parcel includes: parcel identification number, acreage, address/location, acquisition date, current use, and fair market value based on county property appraiser assessment or district-commissioned appraisal within the previous 24 months

Department of Education must compile data into a statewide report showing total acreage, aggregate fair market value, and district-by-district breakdowns of unimproved property holdings

Statewide report must be published on the Department's website by December 1, 2026, and every 3 years thereafter
