Sewage disposal facilities with permitted capacity greater than 1 million gallons per day must submit annual reports to the Department of Environmental Protection starting July 1, 2027

Required reporting includes facility construction year, daily treatment volumes (1-year and 5-year averages), pollutant concentrations (nitrogen, phosphorus, PFAS compounds, molybdenum), and wastewater spills since 2010

Facilities must report flood risk information including elevation, floodplain location, and coastal high-hazard area designation

DEP must compile data and submit an annual report to the Governor and Legislature by December 31, 2027, in consultation with water management districts, and post reports publicly on its website
