Creates section 331.3261, Florida Statutes, exempting trade secrets held by Space Florida, spaceport users, and space industry businesses from public records requirements under s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution

Exempts Space Florida board of directors meetings from public meeting requirements when confidential trade secrets are discussed, including any records generated during such meetings (minutes, tape recordings, notes)

Requires Space Florida to provide written notification when requested information is determined to contain trade secrets, with that determination constituting a final order subject to appeal

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date contingent on passage of HB 1177 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
