Creates the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact allowing Florida to join with other states in providing expedited licensure for podiatric physicians to practice across member states

Establishes eligibility requirements for expedited licenses including graduation from accredited podiatric medical school, passing NBPME/APMLE exams, completing approved residency, holding specialty certification, and having no criminal convictions or disciplinary actions

Creates the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission as a governing body with one voting representative from each member state to administer the compact and adopt binding rules

Requires member state boards to share disciplinary and investigatory information through a coordinated information system, with disciplinary action in one state automatically triggering suspension in all member states for 90 days

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and becomes operational when at least 4 states enact the compact into law
