Creates public records exemption for podiatric physicians' personal identifying information obtained from the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact's coordinated information system, while keeping name, licensure status, and licensure number publicly available

Exempts meetings of the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission (and its committees) from public meetings requirements when discussing matters protected by federal or state law

Recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed commission meetings are exempt from public records requirements

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent upon passage of HB 1213 (the underlying Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact legislation) in the same legislative session
