School districts must appoint a districtwide sexual assault response liaison to connect students with law enforcement, counseling, and advocacy services following a sexual assault, with training provided by the Department of Health based on Florida Council Against Sexual Violence guidelines

Establishes the Safe Students and Survivors Grant Program, administered by the Department of Education, to fund partnerships between schools and local nonprofits for student workshops and staff training on sexual assault prevention and survivor support

Expands required health instruction for grades 7-12 to include sexual assault prevention and consent education, covering topics such as understanding consent, bystander intervention, recognizing warning signs, and how to safely report an assault

Grant program eligibility extends to school districts, charter schools, and private schools receiving public funding through state scholarship programs
