Requires sworn law enforcement officers with 287(g) federal immigration authority to take unauthorized aliens operating CMVs into custody and transfer them to federal immigration agencies

Mandates impoundment of commercial motor vehicles operated by unauthorized aliens, with vehicles held until a $50,000 civil penalty is paid or bond posted, plus towing and storage costs

Authorizes the Office of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement to issue out-of-service orders and $50,000 penalties to motor carriers found to have employed unauthorized aliens as CMV operators within the past 12 months

Directs collected penalties to the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund to support training and technology for enforcement; effective date July 1, 2026
