Amends s. 379.3311, F.S. to require Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers to enter private property under the same standards as law enforcement officers defined in s. 943.10(1)

Removes language that previously allowed FWC officers to enter premises "posted or otherwise" without specifying legal requirements

Maintains FWC officers' authority to enforce all state laws relating to game, nongame birds, fish, fur-bearing animals, wild animal life, marine life, and freshwater aquatic life

Preserves officers' ability to bring necessary equipment onto property and specifies such lawful entry does not constitute trespass

Effective date: July 1, 2026
