Requires the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) to adopt bylaws allowing coaches employed by schools or districts to use personal funds to support student welfare, including food, transportation, physical therapy, and rehabilitation services

Requires written parental consent before a coach can provide such support to a student, and coaches must report all personal fund expenditures to the FHSAA

Personal funds used by coaches are presumed not to be an impermissible benefit unless unreported, deemed not in good faith by FHSAA, or used for recruiting purposes

Caps coach personal spending at $15,000 per athletic team per year beginning July 1, 2026, with "athletic team" defined to include both junior varsity and varsity levels

Authorizes other interscholastic athletic organizations in Florida to adopt similar bylaws; effective date is July 1, 2026
