Requires portable wireless device manufacturers to provide documentation, parts, and tools to device owners and independent repair providers on fair and reasonable terms for diagnosing, maintaining, or repairing devices sold or used in Florida on or after July 1, 2026

Creates the "Agricultural Equipment Fair Repair Act" requiring farm equipment manufacturers to make diagnostic and repair information, including embedded software updates, available at no charge to independent repair providers and equipment owners

Establishes enforcement through a 30-day written notice and cure period before complaints may be filed in circuit court; violations constitute deceptive and unfair trade practices under Florida law

Exempts FDA-approved devices, security/life-safety systems, and trade secrets from disclosure requirements; manufacturers not required to provide parts no longer available to them

Imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation for agricultural equipment manufacturers who fail to comply with repair information requirements
