Creates a $50,000 additional documentary stamp tax on residential property purchases when the buyer already owns 15 or more residential properties in Florida

Exempts not-for-profit corporations purchasing residential housing for affordable housing purposes until they own 50 or more residential properties in the state

Revenue collected will be transferred to the Department of Revenue and used to fund down payment assistance grants for first-time homeowners
