Creates the First-time Homebuyer Assistance Program Trust Fund within the State Treasury to fund the First-time Homebuyer Assistance Program established in s. 420.5086

Requires the Department of Revenue to transfer all funds received pursuant to s. 201.0202 (documentary stamp tax revenue) to the trust fund

Sets automatic termination date of July 1, 2030, with required review before termination under s. 215.3206(1) and (2)

Effective date of July 1, 2026, contingent upon passage of HB 1257 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
