Expands the LINE Fund to accept nonmonetary contributions from health care partners (such as donated use of employees as instructors, facility space, equipment, or simulation tools) in addition to monetary contributions, with monetary contributions receiving priority for matching funds

Requires nonmonetary contributions to be quantified at fair market value and certified as directly supporting LINE Fund goals; proposals cannot consist solely of nonmonetary contributions

Authorizes the Board of Governors and Department of Education to provide multiyear awards for up to 2 academic years following initial approval, contingent on continued LINE Fund appropriations and health care partner contributions

Expands allowable uses of funds to include internships and efforts to increase program enrollment, completion rates, and licensure examination passage rates

Effective date: July 1, 2026
