Removes the requirement that the Florida Commission on Human Relations send copies of discrimination complaints and reasonable cause determinations by registered mail, allowing regular mail instead

Civil actions under the Florida Civil Rights Act must be filed within 1 year after the commission's reasonable cause determination or the EEOC's Notice of Right to Sue, whichever is earlier

If neither the commission nor EEOC issues a determination within 180 days of the complaint filing, civil action may be filed no later than 18 months after the original complaint filing

Amends Section 760.11, Florida Statutes, governing administrative and civil remedies for employment discrimination claims
