Requires physicians and advanced practice registered nurses to report Parkinson's disease and atypical parkinsonism cases to a statewide registry beginning January 1, 2027, using nationally recognized performance measures

Establishes the statewide Parkinson's disease registry under the Florida Institute for Parkinson's Disease at the University of South Florida, subject to appropriation

Provides liability protection for healthcare providers who submit patient information to the registry

Adds two legislative appointments to the Parkinson's Disease Research Board (one each from Senate President and House Speaker) and reduces member terms from 4 years to 3 years

Requires a public website by January 1, 2028 with annual reports on disease incidence/prevalence by county, registry record counts, and demographic data (age, gender, race)
