Amends Florida Statute 408.7057 to add a new exemption from the state's provider and health plan claim dispute resolution program

Out-of-network hospital services claims initiated under emergency care provisions (s. 395.1041 or federal EMTALA law 42 U.S.C. s. 1395dd) are exempt from state review if already submitted to the federal independent dispute resolution process

Exemption applies only to claims of $50,000 or less

Effective date: July 1, 2026
