Creates a public records exemption for information provided by the Chief of Domestic Security to the Governor and Cabinet when designating domestic or foreign terrorist organizations, specifically for portions that would reveal information critical to state or national security

Exempts such information from Florida's public records law (s. 119.07(1)) and the State Constitution's public records requirements (Article I, s. 24(a))

Requires the Chief of Domestic Security to consult with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, counter-terrorism organizations, and national security organizations before making terrorist designations

Subject to automatic repeal on October 2, 2031 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts the exemption

Takes effect contingent on HB 1471 (the underlying terrorist organization designation bill) being adopted and becoming law in the same legislative session
