Authorizes Florida Forever Trust Fund proceeds to be used for acquiring lands that preserve historic cemeteries listed in the Florida Master Site File, with additional funds available subject to legislative appropriation

Requires the state to be granted an easement for ingress and egress to abandoned cemeteries on private land when credible evidence supports their existence, allowing maintenance, research, and noninvasive searches with reasonable notice to the owner

Mandates that confirmed abandoned cemeteries on private land be added to the Florida Master Site File

Entitles private landowners with confirmed abandoned cemeteries on their property to receive a conservation easement for the cemetery area

Takes effect July 1, 2026
