Creates the Vacancy Relief and Risk Mitigation Trust Fund within the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to fund the Homes for Veterans Property Management Incentive Pilot Program under s. 83.684

Unexpended balances at the end of each fiscal year revert and are reappropriated to the corporation for the next fiscal year to continue the trust fund's purposes

Trust fund is scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2030, unless terminated sooner, with a required review before termination per s. 215.3206(1) and (2)

Effective date is July 1, 2026, contingent on passage of HB 1481 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
