Creates the Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund within the Division of Historical Resources of the Department of State to serve as a depository for long-term maintenance and upkeep of cemeteries under the Historic Cemeteries Program

Requires moneys to be deposited and disbursed by the division as provided in s. 267.21 of Florida Statutes

Allows any balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year to carry forward and remain available for the trust fund's purposes

Trust fund is scheduled for termination on July 1, 2030, unless terminated sooner or re-created following required review

Effective date is contingent upon passage of HB 425 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
