Limits participation to condominiums where at least 80% of occupied units are owned or occupied by households earning at or below 80% of the area median income, adjusted for household size

Requires the Department of Financial Services to adopt rules for verifying household income, including self-certification, tax returns, and income statements, with potential periodic recertification

Mandates that grant recipients complete 100% of opening protection improvements to common elements recommended in the hurricane mitigation inspection report

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies to inspection and grant applications submitted on or after that date
