Agency for Health Care Administration must establish a 3-year Medicaid dental pilot program in Region B of the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program for persons with disabilities, effective July 1, 2026

Eligible participants include Medicaid recipients who receive Supplemental Security Income based on disability, are enrolled in home and community-based services waivers, or meet federal disability criteria under 42 U.S.C. s. 1382c(a)(3)

Covered services include routine preventive care, basic services (fillings, extractions), major services (root canals, crowns, dentures), and emergency dental care, supplementing existing Medicaid dental benefits

Provider reimbursement set at 80% of the 50th percentile of usual, customary, and reasonable fees as determined by the American Dental Association, delivered through at least two licensed dental managed care organizations

Agency must submit an evaluation report to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2028, with recommendations on statewide expansion; program expires June 30, 2028, unless reenacted
