Repeals Section 800.02 (unnatural and lascivious acts) and creates new Section 800.035 criminalizing indecent exposure of sexual organs while observing a child under 16 years of age for purposes of sexual arousal or gratification

Prohibited conduct includes intentionally exposing sexual organs in a lewd manner or performing sexual acts (such as masturbation, sadomasochistic abuse, or sexual bestiality) without physical contact with the child while the child can see the offender

Violation constitutes a third-degree felony punishable under ss. 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084

The child's awareness of the specific conduct or whether they actually saw the offender's sexual organs is not a valid defense

Exceptions provided for breastfeeding mothers and nudity in designated areas; effective date October 1, 2026
