Amends Florida Statute 782.08 to create a tiered penalty structure for assisting self-murder (suicide)

Elevates to a first-degree felony (from second-degree) cases where a person knowingly uses force or duress to cause another to commit or attempt suicide

Establishes second-degree felony penalties for intentionally aiding, abetting, providing physical means, participating in the physical act, or advising/encouraging another person to commit or attempt suicide

Effective date: July 1, 2026
