Amends Section 1002.333, Florida Statutes, governing facilities for schools of hope (charter schools serving persistently low-performing school areas)

Adds a new option for mutual management plans allowing schools of hope and district school boards to share maintenance and other facility costs, as an alternative to requiring the district to maintain facilities at the same standard as other public schools

Effective date: July 1, 2026
