Sets compensation for designated trauma centers treating inmates as trauma alert victims at 175% of the Medicare allowable rate when no county contract exists

Limits emergency medical transportation services (including air ambulances and ground/water EMS vehicles) for inmates to 110% of the Medicare allowable rate for non-contracted providers

Excludes medical services provided at hospitals operated by Lake County from these compensation limits

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
