Amends chapter 2004-461, Laws of Florida, to revise the boundaries of the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District in Collier County, reducing the total area from approximately 11,806.14 acres to 10,805.08 acres by removing certain lands in Section 34 (Township 47 South, Range 29 East) and portions of Sections 2 and 3 (Township 48 South, Range 29 East)

Expands the District's authority to collect rates, fees, rentals, and charges for systems, facilities, and services not only within District limits but also within the service area limits of Ave Maria Utility Company, LLLP, as approved by Final Order No. 2023-02 of the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority

Authorizes the District board to discontinue water and sewer services for nonpayment and enter properties within the expanded service area to enforce collection of delinquent fees, penalties, interest, and restoration charges

Takes effect upon becoming law
