Transfers approximately 41.1 acres of state-owned real property in Martin County from the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund to the Village of Tequesta in fee simple ownership

Requires the Village of Tequesta to use the property continuously as a public park and greenspace for resource-based outdoor recreation, education activities, conservation, and protection of natural and historical resources

Mandates the Village retain ownership in perpetuity; any sale or disposition of the property causes automatic reversion to the state, including all improvements made by the Village

Requires the Board of Trustees to complete the conveyance within 60 days after the act's effective date

Takes effect upon becoming law or June 1, 2026, whichever occurs earlier
