Amends Palm Beach County's child care home regulations (chapter 59-1698, Laws of Florida) to align local capacity limits with Florida Statutes and Department of Children and Families administrative rules

Removes the county's previous fixed capacity limits for family day care homes, which had allowed one to six children

Eliminates specific capacity restrictions for large family child care homes, which previously permitted either 8 children (birth to 24 months) or 12 children (with no more than 4 under 24 months)

Retains existing requirements that large family child care homes must have two full-time personnel, operate as a licensed family day care home for 2 years, and have an operator with a child development associate credential for 1 year before seeking licensure

Takes effect upon becoming law
