Amends Chapter 67-1876, Laws of Florida, governing the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board's certification process for contractors and journeymen

Removes the requirement that examinations be offered at least every 3 months, giving the Board discretion over examination scheduling and locations

Requires written examinations to be tailored to the specific scope of work and certificate category, assessing knowledge of contracting and construction principles relevant to that category

Allows specialty contractor and journeyman applicants to fulfill examination requirements through an oral examination at the Board's discretion

Changes the Board's review process to evaluate credit history rather than credit reputation, and requires review of any business entity the applicant represents in contracting activities
