Board member term limits increased from two to three 4-year terms, applicable to terms beginning at or after the November 2026 election

Pasco County Board of County Commissioners must draw three geographical subdistricts by January 1, 2026, with boundaries that are contiguous, compact, and nearly equal in population

Each board seat designated by numeral 1, 2, or 3 representing specific subdistricts, with Seat 2 required to include all or a majority of the City of Zephyrhills

Candidates must reside in their designated subdistrict, and only electors within that subdistrict may vote for its representative, beginning with the November 2026 election for Seat 2 and November 2028 for Seats 1 and 3
