Property is located in Blocks 1620, 1629, and 1630 of DeFuniak Springs, bounded by Burdick Avenue, Government Street, 10th Street, 11th Street, and Highway 83

City must use the property continuously for recreational, governmental, public safety, and community purposes

Sale or disposition of the property by the City triggers automatic reversion of ownership back to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund on behalf of the state

Act takes effect upon becoming law
