Amends chapter 24981 (1947), Laws of Florida, governing the West Palm Beach Firefighters Pension Fund in Palm Beach County

Increases the benefit accrual factor from 3% to 3.2% of final average salary per year of service, effective October 1, 2026, retroactive to May 13, 2012 for members active on September 30, 2026

Establishes duty-related presumptions for disability and death benefits, including an irrebuttable presumption that cancer-related total and permanent disability is line-of-duty under section 112.1816, Florida Statutes

Revises minimum distribution requirements to comply with updated IRS rules, changing the applicable age for required beginning dates from 70½ to age 73 (or 75 after December 31, 2032)

Allows retired members to change their joint annuitant or beneficiary designation up to two times without Board approval, with benefits recalculated to be actuarially equivalent
