Land is located within Sections 26, 27, 34, and 35, Township 36 South, Range 35 East, in Okeechobee County, adjacent to Cemetery Road and an abandoned F.E.L. Railroad right-of-way

Conveyance must occur within 30 days after the effective date of the act

Effective date is July 1, 2026, or upon becoming law, whichever occurs later
