Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund must transfer a portion of the Nature Coast State Trail property in Section 16, Township 10 South, Range 15 East, Gilchrist County to the City Commission of the City of Trenton in fee simple within 90 days of the act becoming law.

City of Trenton must manage the property for public purposes and ensure continued public access to the adjacent Nature Coast State Trailhead and associated facilities.

Any sale or disposition of the property by the City of Trenton will trigger automatic reversion of ownership back to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund.

If the Division of Historical Resources determines the Trenton Train Depot is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places or historically significant under Chapter 267, the city must initiate a cultural resource assessment survey within 90 days of taking title.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
