All annual reports of gifts exceeding $100 and honorarium expenses must be filed with the Florida Commission on Ethics by July 1 of each year

Amends Section 112.3148 (gift reporting) and Section 112.3149 (honoraria disclosure) of Florida Statutes to consolidate filing requirements

Eliminates previous requirement for reporting individuals to file with their financial disclosure statements; all filers now submit to the Commission on Ethics

Individuals who left office or employment during the covered calendar year must file by July 1 of the following year with the Commission on Ethics

Effective date: July 1, 2026
