Removes the October 2, 2026 scheduled repeal date for public records exemptions in sections 319.1414, 319.25, 320.861, and 322.71, Florida Statutes, making these exemptions permanent

Maintains confidentiality for information received by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles during investigations or examinations until the investigation becomes inactive or administrative/court proceedings conclude

Allows the department to share confidential investigation information with other governmental agencies for official duties

Applies to investigations related to private rebuilt inspection providers, certificate cancellations, motor vehicle dealer regulations, and driver's license matters

Takes effect upon becoming law
