Extends the public records exemption for information received during Attorney General or law enforcement investigations into social media platform antitrust violations (s. 287.137, F.S.) from October 2, 2026 to October 2, 2031

Extends the public records exemption for information received during Department of Legal Affairs or law enforcement investigations into unlawful acts by social media platforms (s. 501.2041, F.S.) from October 2, 2026 to October 2, 2031

Both exemptions remain subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be automatically repealed on the new date unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature
