Extends the public records exemption for examination and assessment instruments from October 2, 2026 to October 2, 2031 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Expands the confidentiality exemption to cover assessment instruments held by public schools, district school boards, Florida College System institutions, state universities, and boards of trustees (previously only covered instruments "prepared, prescribed, or administered")

Repeals a duplicative exemption provision and consolidates the exemption language into a single subsection

Requires the State Board of Education and Board of Governors to adopt rules establishing retention schedules and disposal processes for exempt assessment records

Authorizes educational entities to share confidential assessment information with each other, and requires schools and institutions to disclose such information to state education agencies upon request
