Amends s. 119.0725, F.S. to consolidate and expand public records exemptions for agency cybersecurity information, including network schematics, hardware/software configurations, encryption details, login credentials, IP addresses, and cybersecurity program reports

Makes confidential and exempt insurance coverage limits, deductibles, and risk mitigation coverages acquired to protect agency information technology, operational technology, or data

Removes several agency-specific cybersecurity exemptions from the Department of State, Department of the Lottery, Commission on Ethics, and Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, consolidating them under the general agency cybersecurity exemption

Repeals s. 627.352 (Citizens Property Insurance Corporation cybersecurity) and s. 1004.055 (state postsecondary education institutions cybersecurity), moving those protections under the consolidated exemption

Extends the Open Government Sunset Review Act repeal date from October 2, 2026 to October 2, 2031, and takes effect upon becoming law
