Repeals 15 Florida Statutes provisions that have already expired or been automatically repealed by their own sunset dates, allowing their omission from the 2026 Florida Statutes

Removes expired programs including: pilot title fraud prevention program (expired July 1, 2025), Task Force on Monitoring of Children in Out-of-Home Care (expired June 30, 2025), and Florida National Guard Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program (expired July 1, 2025)

Eliminates expired fiscal provisions such as the 50% initial licensing fee waiver for professionals (FY 2023-2025), State Transportation Trust Fund appropriations (FY 2023-2025), and Lieutenant Governor security patrol assignments (FY 2024-2025)

Removes expired education-related provisions including 2022-2023 school year transition rules for calculating school/district grades and school improvement ratings

Takes effect 60 days after adjournment of the legislative session in which enacted
