Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to reimburse licensed providers (home health agencies, nurse registries) for nonnursing services at rates equal to or higher than unlicensed providers (family caregivers) under the Medicaid long-term managed care program, beginning January 1, 2027

Mandates annual rate adjustments for licensed providers to account for inflation and overhead costs

Requires the agency to request any necessary Medicaid waiver or state plan amendment within 30 days of the act becoming law to implement the rate changes

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
