Mandates the Agency for Health Care Administration establish specific standards ensuring Medicaid enrollees have access to network providers during state holidays and outside regular business hours

Amends existing Medicaid managed care plan contract requirements under section 409.967, Florida Statutes

Effective date is July 1, 2026
