Creates "Sevilla's Law" establishing regulations for companion animal cremation services in Florida, effective July 1, 2026

Requires cremation service providers to furnish written descriptions of their services to animal owners, veterinarians, pet shops, and other referring entities, including detailed explanations of cremation types (communal vs. individually partitioned)

Prohibits misleading use of terms like "private" or "individual" for communal cremations, and requires providers to certify that returned cremation remains were handled according to their service descriptions

Establishes civil penalties of $1,000-$1,500 for first offenses and $2,000-$2,500 for subsequent offenses for preparing false service descriptions, failing to distribute required documents, or making false certifications

Grants the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services authority to investigate violations, issue subpoenas, impose administrative fines, and enter cease and desist orders, while providing injured persons a private right of action for damages
