Requires assistant regional counsel supervisors (class code 9903) in criminal conflict and civil regional counsel offices to participate in the Florida Retirement System's Senior Management Service Class, effective July 1, 2026

Expands existing Senior Management Service Class requirements that already apply to appointed regional counsel, assistant regional counsel chiefs, administrative directors, and chief investigators (since July 1, 2020)

Allows affected members to purchase additional retirement credit retroactive to October 1, 2007 for creditable service, though employers cannot purchase this credit on the member's behalf

Appropriates $950,000 in recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2026-2027 to cover retirement benefits for the newly included positions
