Qualified candidates or political parties with candidates in the same race may challenge compliance by filing suit in the circuit court where the qualifying officer is headquartered

A candidate who fails to meet the 365-day registration requirement may be disqualified and removed from the ballot if a court issues a final order finding non-compliance
